High views for the 8 o'clock hour

I just checked my shop stats and I had 745 listing views for the hour.  Also had 145 listing views for the 7 o'clock hour.  Looks like someone went through my shop one listing at a time.

200 views today in my vintage Etsy shop

So here right before 5pm I have 207 views from Etsy search. The times I have reached 200 has been early lately.  Views have come back some.  Not as high as in april, but they have come back. Now just have to see what happens with the new listing page and how that affects my shop!

I have gotten some of the orders packed.  Still have to pack and ship the tea cups.

The blooming hostas in my yard this morning

When I was out in my front yard after sunrise I decided to take some pics of the flowers on the hostas in the morning light.  I thought it would better then the bright afternoon sun.

I got some pretty good pics:

I caught a big bee just about to go into a flower:

I took a pic of the hosta in the bed too:

I went back to the hosta in the big black pot to shoot some close ups.  Just as I had my camera set to take one the big bee flew right into it! Thank you, Angels.

It has been an ok day so far.  I got some pics taken when it was sunny this morning.  Still have to start packing the orders.

127 views from Etsy search and 27 from google here at 12:30.  Those are good numbers. Glad they have come back.

Sunrise in the Mexican War Streets in Pittsburgh, PA

I was on my porch early this morning and saw the pink clouds as the sun began to rise.  I tried to capture it:

I ended yesterday with 325 views from Etsy search, 91 from google and 1,035 total.  2 sales. Including my pair of Tiffen crystal goblets.  So it was a pretty good day.

Today I am still dealing with my throat. Have alot of orders to pack and ship. Especially the tea cups.  Want to take more pics, too.  Would even like to do laundry.

The hostas in my front yard are blooming

When I was out taking pics of things to list I saw the pretty purple blooms on the hostas.  There is one in a big, black plastic pot that has been there for years. Probably close to 15 years:

Then I went right across the street to the corner lot.  The owner takes great care of it and some of his perennials are still blooming:

So it is a sunday.  I have things to do.  Will probably just go do some laundry.  Maybe not work on my shop today.  Only a few small sales the past few days. Google views are already over 20 before 11am.  That's a good sign.

100 google views

wow, I just ended yesterday with 103 views from Google search. The first time at or over 100 in a long time. Weeks at least. Also had more than 300 views from Etsy search at 318 and 1,106 total views.  Also had 189 favorites.  One lady favorited most of my tea cups.

It is just after midnight.  When I wake up tomorrow I will try to take some pics.  Maybe pack up the orders, too.  I want to get some outside pics taken.  Would love to get some furniture pics taken. And the lamp and end table projects. And some books, too.

80 views from Google search, finally

Here at 9pm I have 82 views from google search.  The first time in a long time. It happens rarely now.

I am very disappointed that Psyche is not on Ion Television tonight!!  I love that show. I loved watching the marathons on saturday nights!  I hope it will come back to that time slot!

It has been a warm, humid day.  I think I got some things done. Got some pics taken. New things listed.  Received more tea cups I bought on ebay. No sales though.  And I didn't get anything shipped.  Still have to ship all those tea cups, too.

Now I have to pay the bills.  I have to not shop until I get things taken care of.

It is already july. Summer is halfway over. Almost time to start looking toward the cooler days of september.
I wonder what the rest of the year holds for me.....I wonder if anything good??????

200 Etsy search views

So I reached 200 views from Etsy search about 7:30.  Which is ok, I guess. Since the latest I want to reach 200 is 7pm.  It's not as bad as it looked this morning. Made a small sale, too.

It's been a warm day.  Just got back from the Family Dollar. Now headed to the supermarket to get some dinner. Then home to watch tv on this warm, nice summer friday night.

Vintage Royal Stafford china tea cup, orange-yellow and gold

I love this tea cup.  It is one of my favorites. When I found it on ebay I thought it was yellow, but once I received it I loved it. It is in great condition. I think I bought it for a fair price.  I sold one yellow one earlier this year.  This has some orange to it.  More than I could capture in the pics:

It is a warm day here.  I have things to do.  I really have to get the tea cups packed & shipped. I have 3 other orders to pack and ship too. I would like to take some pics outside, too.  I want to get some furniture pics taken this weekend. And some of my project pieces taken and posted here and started redoing.  Not sure if it is worth it though. Not sure what the future holds for my shop.  I'd love to make it through this year and have fun trying to grow my shop next year too.

Views by noon

So I have made it to 100 views from Etsy search by noon.  Right after 12 noon I have 105.  I guess that is a good thing.  I will see how the day ends.

wow, low views so far

Here it is at nearly 4:30 am and only 26 views from etsy search!

Views for the day

I ended the day with 336 views from Etsy search. Not as good as I thought it would be.  Especially with the views I had at noon. I had 346 views from etsy search recently when I didn't have as many views by noon.

So I got alot of views by noon.  Then things slowed down the rest of the day. I think that has happened a few times.  At 8am or so and by noon it was looking like I'd have alot views from Etsy search.  Then it would turn out to not be as many as I thought it would be.

Now views are very low to start the day.  At 12:45 I had only 2 views from Etsy search.  Here at 2am I have only 15.   So today will be a day of very low views. Probably less than 280. Maybe a sale from Dino. If not, then probably nothing else.

Vintage Nita Showers art print, 1987, Victorian girl with chickens, farm print

I found 3 of Nita Showers prints dated in the 1980's at the local Goodwill.  I got a great deal on them.  I usually got great deals at that goodwill.  It doesn't get any good things in any more.

I have had them in my vintage Etsy shop for a while now.  I thougth they would sell by now.  They are priced fairly, I believe.  I will keep them listed and see what happens:

It is a warm, cloud 4th of July.  I am here just watching Judge Judy.  She is very entertaining. lol.

200 views in my vintage Etsy shop

I reached 200 views from Etsy search around 4pm.  That is pretty good.  At noon it looked like it would be much better, but I will take it.  No sales though. One small sale in 2 days.  

High views today

I just checked my shop stats and right at 12:06 pm I already have 154 views from Etsy search.  Most in a long time.  Glad to see it.

I guess people are off work and shopping online on the 4th of july.

Only 1 small sale in the past 2 days though.  Not good.  .
To have over 900 items and sell so little, besides tea cups, is not good.  Especially with all the tithing and seeding I've done.  Have some decisions to make.

My vintage Etsy shop views; Google views

So I ended july 3rd with 326 views from Etsy search.  That is the most in about a week or so.  And 72 views from Google.

I have not had more than 80 views from google in so long. The change they have made because of duplicate content has affected my shop alot.  At least I think it is because of that.  They did make some change that has noticeably cut down on my views.  From averaging 85-145 views down into the 40's and 50's.  All since may 1st, too. Only my jewelry and tea cups are duplicate content really. So it must not be just that they changed.

Today is the 4th of july. Not sure what I will do. Probably just stay home and work on the house. Maybe my shop. I will be off my grounds keeping job til next week.  He just asked me not to come in.  Since he has 2 guys staying at the house already.  Oh well.

Almost time for bed.

Big Brother 15 episode 2, #bb15

I watched this episode on sunday evening and here are a few thoughts:
-all the girls were sexy in their shorts and tops.
-how long before Candice blames racism for how she's being treated in the house? Even though she will probably be telling the truth that the girls not being friends with her is probably based on race.
-I wouldn't have wanted to be HOH for the first week. Or any of the early weeks. But the kid who won is a terrible HOH. What a wimp.
-When the one dude that is a member of the Moving Company called one of the other members an "employee" I thought he is such a weirdo.  He is like Philip from Survivor.
-I don't see a winner yet in the house. I am still rooting for the real estate agent. I definitely don't think it will be one of the youngest members of the house who wins.  They seem so....petty? stupid? The older players seem smarter.

Episode 3 is on tonight.  So is America's Got Talent.

Vintage Paragon china gold tea cup

I couldn't believe the prices for which I was able to win a beautiful Paragon gold tea cup and a Hammersley gold tea cup on Ebay.  The Paragon already had 5 bidders so I thought there would be alot of bids at the end driving up the price.  But nobody else bid at the end of either of them and I got 2 great deals.  I can't wait to get them and take pics and list them in my vintage Etsy shop:

So I ended the day with 297 views from Etsy search, 70 from google, 1,015 total and 3 orders.  It was a pretty good day.  And I made some great purchase on ebay and on etsy. And here just after midnight I made a good tea cup sale.  It has been a decent day.  Now for later today, I have orders to pack & ship!!  I have to get caught up.  And pay the tithes.

Back to using my hands some more. Trying, anyway.
